Claratel Behavioral Health seeks a Quality Improvement Specialist to oversee and operationalize the agency-wide Quality Improvement Plan. The ideal candidate will drive continuous quality improvement, monitor and measure performance, and ensure service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Non- Profit Management, Public Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Three to Five years in a similar role in a human services or behavioral health organization
- Knowledge of the community behavioral health system, service guidelines, and regulations
- Analytical Skills: The ability to effectively analyze data and identify trends and patterns
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaboration and Teamwork: The QI Specialist often works with cross-functional teams
- Project Management Skills: The role may involve managing multiple competing objectives and projects simultaneously
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Experience with data analysis software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
