Head of Engineering role with a focus on growing the business. Set technical vision and commercial strategy. Lead a team of design engineers in electrification.
Requirements
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background & degree
- Technical leader & manager of design engineers
- Design of electro-mechanical systems: Drive & power systems, controls, electrical systems, electric motors and/or gearboxes
- Global, multi-disciplined project team management experience
- Highly driven and self-motivated, with an ability to deliver results within tight deadlines
