Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering and experience in Account Management for Aerospace projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrification projects in Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, and Renewable Energy. They will be responsible for managing key accounts, achieving business results, and analyzing project portfolios to ensure long-term success and profitability.
Requirements
- Sales/Account Manager experience - full lifecycle
- Commercial responsibility & managing budgets
- Engineering background in aerospace (ideally OEMs eg Airbus, Rolls Royce, Bombardier)
- BEng Engineering - Mechanical
- Mechanical - ideally rotating machinery eg gearbox, transmissions, drivetrain
- Client management & negotiation experience, eg contracts
- Full ownership and account management for key clients in aerospace
- Aerospace
- Electrification in transport eg Rail, Automotive, Energy, Renewables, Wind or similar
