Structural Engineer with Python - Offshore Renewable Design

We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer with ability to code using Python to lead the development of a new software tool for offshore wind turbine foundations concept design. The ideal candidate will have experience with software coding, particularly in Python, and structural engineering, with a focus on offshore wind energy.

Requirements

• Mechanical / Structural / Civil Engineering degree
• Experienced programmer using Matlab &/ Python
• Structural engineering experience, ideally Offshore
• Offshore engineering experience, ideally Wind
• DNV's SESAM-GENIE
• Dynamics of offshore wind turbine foundation (Jackets / Monopiles/ Floating)
• Steel Structures (eg Steel towers)
• Geotechnical
