Job Description
The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will assess, motivate, educate, and train athletes to improve sport performance, manage sport-specific testing sessions, and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Minimum of 2 years of collegiate strength and conditioning experience
- NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Valid driver's license
