Exam Proctor (Temporary Pool)

The Exam Proctor assists in the successful administration of college examinations and exam proctoring functions on an as-needed basis, managing the proctoring of exams in a designated testing room or environment. The position requires organizational abilities, communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, professionalism, and reliability.

Requirements

• Work with the Accessibility Services team to implement and ensure effective execution of exam protocols and arrangements.
• Enforce College policies on academic integrity by monitoring for irregularities, verifying student identification, and addressing any violations or concerns in accordance with established procedures.
• Independently manage testing sessions through organization of student check-in, seating arrangements, and adherence to approved accommodations and faculty allowances.
• Use appropriate discretion in determining which issues require escalation to supervisors or administrators.
• Perform other duties as needed.
