Job Description
Clarify is building the AI-native CRM and is looking for a Product Engineer to own the PLG surface area and ship meaningful product improvements starting in week one. The ideal candidate has shipped product improvements at high velocity in a startup environment and has strong product judgment and design taste.
Requirements
- Review the product end-to-end and identify the highest-impact gaps in the activation and retention experience
- Ship meaningful product improvements starting in week one — multiple changes per week at full velocity
- Own the PLG surface area completely — product decisions, UX decisions, prioritization; no handoffs
- Build the measurement framework for the activation funnel — establish what we track and use it to drive what to ship next
- Work directly with the founding team to define what great self-serve looks like as Clarify scales
