The Instructional Designer plays a key role in developing and maintaining a roleābased learning curriculum that supports our customersā training needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1ā2 years of experience designing and developing technical training content using instructional design methodologies
- Strong proficiency with courseāauthoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Flash, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and problemāsolving abilities
- Demonstrated success collaborating crossāfunctionally and managing projects from concept to completion
- Ability to learn technical products quickly using preārelease documentation/software
- Experience with virtual delivery platforms (e.g., Adobe Connect) preferred
