The Enterprise Architecture Practice Lead is responsible for activating and coordinating domain-specific Enterprise Architects, establishing governance and demand models, and ensuring adherence to architecture review processes.

Requirements

• Lead the Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Activate and coordinate Enterprise Architects with domain-specific insights
• Establish and manage governance and demand models
• Oversee the development and deployment of architecture standards, frameworks, and governance models
• Enable collaboration through Communities of Practice
• Develop and maintain 1-3-5 year technology and capability roadmaps
• Champion the use of architecture tooling for visualizing and managing enterprise architecture
• Define and track key metrics to measure EA value, speed of delivery, modernization, consolidation, and cost reduction opportunities
