Job Description
The Production Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health, quality, environmental, volume, and delivery time norms and procedures in their assigned area processes. They will lead the starting shift meeting, manage material resources, and preserve equipment and machinery. Additionally, they will ensure that operators understand and apply norms and procedures, and perform Safetrack observations and feedback. They will also lead continuous improvement projects and ensure compliance with their own work plan.
