Manufacturing Supervisor

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead daily production operations in a union manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. This role involves developing and leading hourly employees, enforcing standard work, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a union manufacturing or distribution environment
• Working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, attendance, and disciplinary processes
