Manufacturing Supervisor - St. Joseph DAP

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee production operations to ensure output goals, safety standards, and employee engagement are consistently met. This role is critical to maintaining smooth plant operations and supporting Clarios' commitment to quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 3+ years of prior supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work any assigned shift and required overtime
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
