Job Description
Operate production, complete production tasks with high technicality, and receive direct leadership from superior supervisors.
Requirements
- Learn and understand lean production theory
- Comply with work standards (safety, quality, 5S, efficiency, equipment, and superior requirements)
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry, and assist foremen and team leaders to resolve issues related to the above points
- Participate in training, master multiple job skills, obtain certification, and operate independently and solve basic problems
- Participate in team building (including natural workgroup activities)
- Report any incidents to superiors in a timely manner, maintain team records, and handle initial processing
- Maintain good cooperation with other positions or teams
- Maintain safety and execute 5S work in production team
- Maintain management control systems, support company development plans
- Complete assigned tasks
