Process Engineer Intern

As a Process Engineer Intern, you will support automation at the Escobedo plant by developing and standardizing technical documentation and operational procedures for automatic equipment and robots. You will ensure safe installation, reliable operation, and effective maintenance across the production line, improving uptime, quality, and operator experience.

Requirements

• Develop and standardize technical documentation and operational procedures related to robots and automatic equipment
• Document operating principles and workflows of group-feeding robots and sealers/APB systems
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each stage of the process
• Build visual/digital manuals for operators, technicians, and supervisors
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production to capture best practices and ensure document control
• Support training deployment using the newly created materials; gather feedback and iterate
