Job Description
As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve a company's Quality Management System (QMS IATF 6949) to ensure products and processes meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. The role involves auditing, problem-solving, and training to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, or related technical field
- 5+ years in Quality Systems Support or Management (medical device, aerospace, automotive manufacturing ideal, Battery background ideal)
- Demonstrated experience with internal/external audits, CAPA management, supplier quality, QMS maintenance
