Regional Launch Manager

We’re hiring a Launch Manager to lead launch management across the US/Canada and Mexico region. The role is based within the Clarios USCAN Operating System and collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading and managing teams in engineering, operations, or program management.
• Proven success in managing multiple product development programs through launch with ownership of budget, cost, and timing.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
