Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager role will serve as the senior supply chain leader for high-volume autonomous supercapacitor manufacturing operations, including SMT production, and is responsible for end-to-end supply chain performance, global sourcing strategy, and Tier 1 OEM customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of supply chain management experience in high-volume electronics or automotive manufacturing
- Hands-on experience implementing SAP ERP (MM, PP, SD) in a manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise supporting SMT production and leading SIOP/demand-supply planning processes
