We are looking for a B2B Telesales Representative - Outbound / Cold Calling to support our strong growth phase in new customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Independent new customer acquisition in outbound telesales (cold calling) / telephony lead generation
- Identification and qualification of potential B2B customers and research of relevant decision-makers
- Needs assessment and presentation of our product portfolio
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team and maintenance and expansion of customer data in the CRM system
- Building and maintaining customer relationships and follow-up of contacts
- Close cooperation with the sales team and passing on of customer feedback for optimization of the approach
- Proven experience in B2B new customer acquisition
- Independent, structured, and persistent working style
- High self-motivation and perseverance
- Technical interest or basic understanding (preferably in the field of VoIP, IT or telecommunications)
- Very good German in word and writing; English skills are an asset
