Requirements

• Strong product sense and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces
• Track record of strong execution in complex environments
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
• Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with enterprise workflows and complex system integrations
• Familiarity with what it takes to drive change within large healthcare organizations
