Customer Care Advisor (French speaking)

We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor (French speaking) to join our Brand IP team in Belgrade. The role is responsible for delivering customer service and support to clients using Clarivate’s Brand IP solution services.

Requirements

• Proficient in French
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
