IP Admin Lead

We are looking for a Service Operations IP Lead to assist clients with timely docketing and de-docketing of deadlines for patent & trademarks applications, and other administrative tasks as per PTO guidelines. The role is also responsible for coming up with team and client improvement initiatives to drive client delight.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA graduates with minimum 50% aggregate
• Minimum 6 years of IP experience
• Team player: Encourage team bonding and ability to work cohesively
• Eye for detail; High concentration and focus
• Ownerships and Responsible behaviour
• Cultural sensitivity, Resilience
• Ability to do multi-task, day planning, prioritization of work etc.
• Client Centricity and strong relational skills to work cohesively with cross functional services
