Lead Tax Analyst

Lead Tax Analyst to join global finance team, responsible for U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, tax accounting, and audit defense. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Tax in India and work closely with U.S. income tax compliance and provision teams based in the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
• Experience in U.S. corporate income tax compliance
• Compliance software experience (e.g., OneSource) preferred
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax principles and U.S. GAAP
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to foster a team-oriented environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional departments
