Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technology Operations Analyst (L2, Infrastructure Support) with 6+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Monitoring to provide advanced L1/L2 support and ensure system stability and availability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Monitoring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong expertise in L1/L2 production support for enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools and alert optimization
- Solid understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL)
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems with basic Python/Bash scripting
- Proven track record in handling critical incidents, improving monitoring, and driving automation
