Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

We are looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to establish and lead the FP&A function at Clark Construction Management. The role requires a hands-on finance professional capable of building financial models, implementing reporting discipline, and partnering closely with project managers and operations leadership.

Requirements

• Financial Planning & Forecasting
• Lead the annual budgeting process across the organization.
• Develop rolling forecasts that incorporate project backlog, project timelines, and working capital requirements.
• Build and maintain consolidated financial forecasts covering income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet projections.
• Develop financial models supporting long-term strategic planning and company growth.
• Develop standardized reporting packages for management highlighting key financial drivers.
• Improve financial visibility across the organization through reporting dashboards and analytics.
• Support integration between operational project data and financial reporting systems.
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial data supports forecasts and analysis.
