Job Description
Our client, a middle market investment bank, seeks a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to support senior dealmakers in M&A and capital raises across various industries.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree, with course work in accounting and finance preferred
- 2-5 years prior work experience in capital markets, corporate finance, accounting or M&A
- Demonstrated quantitative, analytic and forecasting skills
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
- High level of motivation and individual initiative
- High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
- Proven multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (power point, word, excel)
