Job Description
IT Finance Manager responsible for developing annual business plans, producing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal control standards. Experience with IT capital and operating budgets, cost models, and IT service cost and allocation models preferred.
Requirements
- Develop annual, consolidated business plans for constituent organizations
- Produce regular reporting and ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP
- Develop annual business risks and audit plans with external auditors
- Review financial controls subject to Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act
- Develop annual compliance plan for constituent organizations and manage compliance training programs
- Manage a team including setting team and individual goals, performance management and staff development
- Strong experience with ERP and IT systems implementations, and/or providing financial support to the CIO and IT organization
