Job Description
Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company seeks a Staff Accountant to perform a wide variety of accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, journal entry preparation, and budget analysis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and one year of general accounting experience.
Requirements
- Prepare month-end financial statements
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Analyze and explain significant budget variances
- Bank reconciliations
- Insurance certificate coordination
- Inter-company billings, A/P and A/R
- Cash management
- Work with tax accountants
- Assist with capital calls and distributions for Investor entities
- Cash management responsibilities for the Funds
