Job Description
Prepares monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/reporting packages, and performs a wide variety of accounting analysis. Prepares monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/reporting packages, and performs a wide variety of accounting analysis.
Requirements
- Prepare month-end closing and quarterly financial statements
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Analyze and explain significant budget variances
- Prepare annual budgets
- Prepare CAM and Real Estate Tax reconciliations
- Prepare workpapers for auditors
- Analyze available cash position of real estate projects
- Assist management with special projects
- Analyze closing/financing documents to identify applicable accounting treatment for the transactions
