Manager, Finance, Billing & Collections

Clark Wilson LLP is seeking a Manager, Finance, Billing & Collections to strengthen the firm's financial performance, cash flow, and decision-making. This role involves strategic financial analysis, revenue and working capital management, business partnering, and process improvement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive finance experience, strong financial modeling and analytical capability, and experience with revenue analysis and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capability
• Experience with revenue analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial concepts clearly
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
• CPA designation (or near completion) would be an asset
• Exposure to billing, WIP, and collections processes
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards)
