Carpenter - Heavy Civil Construction

Carpenter supports heavy civil construction projects by building, installing, and repairing wooden and concrete formwork, structures, and frameworks. The role is responsible for reading plans, measuring and cutting materials, assembling formwork, and ensuring accuracy and quality in construction.

Requirements

• Experience as a carpenter on heavy civil construction projects (preferred)
• Understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• OSHA 10 certification
• Ability and willingness to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from construction sites
