Job Description
Clarksons is seeking a Ships Agent to carry out ship's agency operations in a port environment. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated approach. Ships agency and/or port operations experience is preferable, but not mandatory.
Requirements
- Current, clean, UK valid driving licence
- Ships agency and/or port operations experience (preferable)
- Some experience or exposure within a shipping capacity
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to produce and maintain accurate paperwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
