Requirements
- Support the service assistant in the application of standardized processes and quality policies during the Service Journey to contribute to uniformity and excellence in the service offered to visiting colleagues.
- Control and track daily inventory of tablecloths, napkins, and towels at the end of shift through counting and registration to ensure timely delivery to laundry for cleaning.
- Prevent allergies accidents in visiting colleagues by collaborating with the service assistant to correctly identify allergens in different culinary spaces based on the guest's information registered in the reservation and ensure the visitor's safety and well-being during their stay.
- Ensure that service stations have the necessary elements for setting up tables by replenishing the required stock and using the utensil checklist to guarantee the availability of these elements and provide an optimal experience to visiting colleagues.
- Support in setting up and tearing down culinary spaces during daily operations and special events following the service order to ensure uniformity and compliance with requirements.
- Ensure that hydration points and culinary experience spaces outside the restaurant have the necessary inputs and tools for daily operation through tracking of service orders and reservation information to guarantee efficient service.
