The Security Monitor ensures and safeguards assets, facilities, and colleagues through technical, electronic, and computer systems to generate early warnings and highlight potential risk situations.
Requirements
- Preparatoria Completed or Technical Career
- Six months to two years of experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of video surveillance systems and basic configuration of analytics for the operation of cameras
- Knowledge of GPS systems, geocoding interpretation, maps, and monitoring of open, official, and/or corporate news sources
- Ability to operate asset security operational procedures, distinguish unsafe acts and conditions, detect vulnerabilities and incidents in a timely manner
- Ability to use computer equipment, handle emails, store information in spreadsheets and write information in Excel documents
- Ability to use fixed and cellular telephony as well as radio communication to establish contact with authorities in case of a reaction
- Ability to organize and verify information, and share reliable information for decision-making
