Requirements

• Travel to residential and commercial job sites to perform maintenance and repair work
• Provide accurate estimates and clearly communicate project scope to clients
• Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and door/window adjustments
• Complete light plumbing and electrical work safely and up to code
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate updates, timelines, and issues with both customers and office staff
