Plumbing Service Technician

Rooter Hero is hiring an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions
• Ability to work weekends and cover one on-call night shift per week
• Must provide own hand tools
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
