Residential HVAC Service Technician

Bell Plumbing is Hiring for Immediate HVAC Craftsman / Tech Openings! We understand the importance of efficient, outstanding service to our customers. We are launching a new compensation structure for 2025 to make sure every member of our team is very well taken care of financially.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of HVAC and boiler experience
• EPA Type 2 or Universal
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to test and repair boilers by operating the system
• Successfully diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors, ductless mini-splits and hydronic boilers
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
