Fulfillment Specialist

We’re a high-performance, customer-centric organization seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to streamline parts flow, drive field readiness, and strengthen service outcomes.

Requirements

• Validate equipment and part warranties for active service calls.
• Source parts and materials across vendor networks, distributors, and internal warehouses.
• Maintain inventory integrity through receiving, stocking, organization, and routine cycle counts.
• Fulfill technician and service van replenishment orders with accuracy and urgency.
• Track, update, and close out part orders within internal systems.
• Partner with service managers, dispatch, and field technicians to align on daily and weekly parts demand.
• Provide operational support across warehouse and logistics functions as required.
