The Director of IT will lead and develop Clavister's IT environment, ensuring a secure, stable, and future-proof IT environment that supports the business needs.
Requirements
- Significant experience in IT leadership and responsibility for IT operations and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization
- Strong competence in IT and cybersecurity with a clear security-first mindset
- Good understanding of Linux, Windows, and macOS environments
- Experience with budget responsibility and supplier management
- Ability to work structured and handle multiple parallel initiatives
- Good collaboration skills and experience of working across functions in the organization
- Very good communicative skills in both Swedish and English
