Job Description
Manage all aspects of projects from conception to completion, including development, budgets, engineering, construction, and scheduling. Evaluate and determine appropriate construction methods, identify required personnel, material, and equipment, and prepare cost estimates. Coordinate the work of contractors, including maintaining work record data, negotiating work changes, and monitoring QA/QC and safety programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Zero to Three years of progressively responsible experience in professional project management, engineering, architecture, and/or public sector planning.
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
