Zoning Chief

The Zoning Chief performs advanced, specialized professional work under the direction of the Planning and Zoning Division Director, coordinating and managing the activities of the Zoning Office, enforcing the County’s Zoning Code, sign ordinance and other related regulations, laws, statutes and/or ordinances, and supervising zoning employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Planning, Urban or Regional Design, Engineering, Construction Management or Public Administration
• Two years of experience in Planning/Zoning or related field
• Ten years of experience in land development and growth management
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Valid State of Florida Driver’s License with clean driving history
