Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in visual design for the web
- Experience building web experiences in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow CMS
- Familiarity with Three.js, GSAP, Next.js, and React development
- Strong design judgment and taste
- A systems mindset and willingness to break the rules
- A focus on interaction, motion, and storytelling
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design skills and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to accept feedback
