Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience
• 6+ years of overall software development experience
• 3+ direct reports with a track record of growth and success
• Empathetic communication and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with current tech stack (React, Typescript, Python, Node.js, AWS services, IaC, Deployment tools, Observability tools)
