Job Description
We're hiring a GTM Enablement Program Manager, EMEA to build and scale enablement programs across the region, reinforcing onboarding, ever-boarding, and skills development to drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue. This role will shape how we support and scale our international teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement or sales, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable running workshops, certifications, and executive-level conversations
- Experience building and scaling enablement programs, including onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and playbooks
- Experience building content and managing enablement systems, such as Notion, Gong, or an LMS
- AI fluency and experience building workflows, integrations, and automations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and bring structure and clarity without slowing teams down
