Requirements

• Assist in the preparation of food for client functions and events, staff events, working lunches, and our on-site café.
• Dishwashing and ensuring timely clean up of equipment.
• Ensure food preparation areas and associated equipment meet appropriate standards of cleanliness.
• Comply with all Melbourne City Council health requirements.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
