Job Description
We have a rewarding opportunity for a talented lawyer to join our growing Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Sydney. This role will see you acting for global financial institutions, listed and multi-national companies, funds, directors, insolvency practitioners and investors on a wide range of restructurings and workouts, complex financing arrangements, special situations, insolvency.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years' PQE as a lawyer with strong academic performance
- A background in banking or finance with a desire to pivot into restructuring would be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to build client relationships and maintain a positive team environment
- High quality and technically-sound drafting skills, with excellent attention to details
- A proactive and dedicated approach to client service, with strong time and project management skills
