Lawyer / Senior Associate - Corporate M&A

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Lawyer or Senior Associate to join our Corporate M&A team, working closely with leading partner David Wilkie. You will act for both public and private sector clients primarily in the infrastructure, real estate, bio-tech, data storage and transport sectors.

Requirements

• 3+ years' post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A
• Solid experience in private M&A transactions gained within a leading commercial law firm is essential
• Excellent academic record
• A naturally collegiate mindset, which prioritises respect for peers and collaborative ways of working
• The ability to prioritise your time across a number of busy matters
• A genuine commitment to client service and a desire to engage in business development activities
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
