We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join our market-leading Intellectual Property team in Sydney. You will work on intellectual property disputes, trade marks, copyright, and designs, and support on general commercial litigation matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience
• Well-developed litigation and dispute resolution experience
• Sound knowledge of trade mark law and practice
• Excellent academic record
• Ability to drive matters forward with initiative
