We are seeking a Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join our high performing Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) Perth team. The role provides the opportunity to join a tier-one ranked practice, collaborate with a successful team, and work on complex matters for major clients.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar Senior Associate/Special Counsel position
• Strong academic ability and drafting skills
• Ability to provide timely, accurate and commercially astute advice
• A strong sense of purpose, ambition and a proactive approach to your work
• A drive for business development, with a focus on winning new work and practice growth
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, as well as in a team
• A high degree of initiative, dedication and organisational ability with a strong client and commercial focus
