Job Description
Accounts Payable Clerk responsible for balancing, reconciling, editing and data entry of invoices for the HBG accounts payable team. This includes the following businesses HBF, Clayton Supply, Clayton Transportation and Clayton Properties Group.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to process a large volume of paperwork with a high degree of accuracy
- Quality-minded, detail-oriented, computer experience, and 10-key fluent
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible team player
- Ability to handle stress with composure
- Confidentiality required
- Accounts payable, Oracle, and Global software knowledge a plus
- Microsoft applications (specifically Excel) and some accounting experience useful
