Builder I

As a Builder I in our Colorado Springs Communities, you will manage back-end construction activities and interact with customers, trade partners, and other team members to deliver high-quality homes.

Requirements

• Assist the Front-End Builder with daily supervision and execution of the construction schedules
• Conduct Demonstration and Verification walkthroughs with Customers before closing
• Coordinate and manage Trade Partners to safely deliver high-quality homes
• Conduct weekly job-site safety inspections
• Create and manage multiple punch lists
• Assist in driving Stormwater compliance throughout the community
